Richelle Ricard, LMP

Richelle is the founder, teacher and developer of physiology curriculum as The Yoga Engineer (formerly known as Body of Knowledge). She has been a  Licensed Massage Practitioner, owner of Unity Therapeutic Bodywork and Movement and owner and teacher at Universe City Yoga as well as a Co-Founder of Seattle Bodywork Cooperative. Richelle combines her knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and healthy yoga alignment in an engaging and accessible way.

Dhaval Dhru, MD

Ayurvedic practitioner and yoga instructor at Three Trees Yoga. Dr. Dhru leads Ayurvedic seminars and retreats both nationally and internationally. As a retired ENT surgeon, he combines a unique background in Western medicine with the Eastern healing practice of Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga.

Jeni Martinez

Co-founder of Three Trees Yoga and co-director of the Teacher Training and In Depth Studies program. She has taught Hatha Yoga since 1990. When her first yoga teacher, Renee Taylor, encouraged her to do yoga teacher training back in 1989, she never intended to actually teach yoga but was excited for the opportunity to deepen her practice. Looking back, she is so grateful to Renee for starting her on the path to what has since become her life’s work and her joy!

Suzy Green

E-500 RYT 

Co-founder of Three Trees Yoga and co-director of the Teacher Training and In Depth Studies program. Suzy has been blessed with many amazing teachers. She started taking yoga classes while on vacations with childhood friend Fenella Lindsell, founder of Yoga Bugs UK. Years later, Jeni’s encouragement to join her for teacher training gave her the opportunity to commit to yoga on a deeper level. She plans to be teaching handstand into her 80’s.

Co-founder of Three Trees Yoga and co-director of the Teacher Training and In Depth Studies program. She has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2004 with particiular emphasis on mindfulness. She often relies on the words of these wise teachers: Kathryn Payne, "Just teach some poses and let the yoga do the work." and Eckhart Tolle " If you think you have something specific to teach you are in trouble. But if you stay grounded in presence whatever you say will be beautiful."t's easy.

500 RYT Graduate of Three Trees Yoga Teacher Training; Occupational Therapist; Thai Yoga Massage Pracitioner; Certified in Yogalign – a specialized yoga practice which builds balance and strength from the inner core. Sandi provides instruction that avoids injury and is accessible to all. Her approach is alignment-focused with a balance of compassion, gentleness, and challenge, with a sprinkling of humor.

500 RYT Graduate of Three Trees Yoga Teacher Training. Renee has been a student and teacher of fitness for over 35 years. It is her goal to teach functional, approachable and useful anatomy to keep asana practice safe and rewarding. Her passion and path as a yoga teacher has always been to listen and learn so that she can help others reduce or eliminate pain, so they can live their best lives.

500 RYT Graduate of Pacific Yoga Advanced  Teacher Training. Dylan uses yoga to gain a greater awareness of the body and mind. His teaching emphasizes proper alignment and clear intentions to realize our full potential one breath at a time. Yoga instructor at Three Trees Yoga since 2005.
